College of Physicians and Surgeons
Research Associate in Biomedical Informatics
Matthew Levine is a Research Associate in the Department of Biomedical Informatics at Columbia University. His primary research interests focus on the temporal dynamics of biomedical data. Matthew’s recent work involves pairing mechanistic models with physiologic data, with a goal of making useful forecasts and inferences about not only measurable physiology (e.g. blood glucose) but also the underlying dynamics of biological systems (i.e. things that are less convenient to measure). He received a B.A. in Biophysics from Columbia University.
