Columbia Engineering
PhD Candidate in Computer Science
Weiwei Jiang is a Ph.D. candidate in the Department of Computer Science at Columbia University, working with Prof. Steven Nowick. He received the M.S. degree in computer science from Columbia University in 2010 and the B.S. degree from Tsinghua University, China in 2008, with a concentration of electrical engineering. His current research focuses on low-power and high-performance asynchronous networks-on-chip to serve as an integrative medium for both massively-parallel computing systems-on-chip and consumer electronics.
He has developed several low-latency router designs for different network topologies. His other research interests include asynchronous and mixed-timing digital circuits, computer-aided VLSI design, and digital systems design.
