Sharon works for the Department of Biomedical Informatics at Columbia University. She is one of the core developers and designers of HARVEST, a longitudinal patient record summarization system for supporting clinicians at the point of care. Her research interests include data visualization and machine learning.
Sharon holds a M.S. in computer science from Polytechnic Institute of New York and an M.A. from Columbia University in biomedical informatics.
